Robert Downey Jr. was born on April 4, 1965, in Manhattan, New York City, USA.

His father Robert Downey Sr. was a filmmaker-director and screenplay writer.

Mother Elsie was the actor, mother Elsie Ford helped in turning the robot towards acting. 

Robert started acting at the young age of 5, playing the role of a sick dog puppy in his father’s film Pound.

Later, he did small roles in many of his father’s films. His father was a drug addict whose robot had a very bad effect.

He let his son Robert consume drugs such as Marijuana which are very dangerous to the body.

Due to his very young age, he could not understand what was good for his body and what was bad because of which he got addicted to drugs, he became easily addicted to drugs and due to which his childhood was very difficult.
His parents divorced, and Robert lived with his father in Los Angeles where he used to take drugs.

In 1992, he married Deborah Falconer.

A few years after their marriage, Robert Doney Jr. was sentenced to life in prison for drug abuse, he was badly beaten by other inmates, this was the worst period of his life.

And after a year, when he got out of jail, his wife sent him a divorce notice.

By the year 2001, Robot Boy had to go to jail under the guise of drug abuse, this caused a big shock to his image in the society but after 2004 his life started to change for the better.

A girl named Suzanne came into her life who loved the robot and proposed to Suzanne, but Suzanne made a bet to Robert that she would marry him only when he gave up drugs completely and this Robert slowly got out of the way, and his life was completely free from intoxication, and in 2005 Roberto and Suzanne were married.

At the age of 7, he appeared in the Grazers Palace.

At the age of 10, he was studying classical ballet in England.

At the age of 16, Robert Downey left school and moved back to his mother in New York.

And his trend went back to films. From 1986 to 1990, he worked in many films.

His drug addiction continued even after his success in films.

In 1990, he tried hard to get rid of drugs but did not get success.

He was getting very good success in Hollywood, many of his films were getting hit and his status in the media was also becoming very good.

In 1992, he was also nominated for an Oscar due to his excellent acting in the film Chaplin.

Starting as a small child actor in childhood, he took up the theater to further strengthen his acting and he joined theater through the play “American Passion” of the normal layer.

In 1985 he collaborated for the first time in films as an associate of James Spader in the film Tuff-Tough.

And after that, he acted as a supporting actor in many more films.

Robert played the lead role in 1987 for the first time in John Hughes’ film The Pick-up Artist and his character Jack Jericho was well received by the audience.

She then starred in films such as Chaplin, Zero, Only You, Heart and Soul, Chances Are, Natural Born Killers, Two Girls and a Gaia, Restoration, Black and White, Shortcuts, Air America, Richard III and The Last Party.

But today the whole world knows Robert Downey as Iron Man.

Robert Downey had to face a lot of struggle before this success in water, he had to go to jail several times due to the consumption of dangerous drugs like heroin cocaine and marihuana, and was also kept in de-addiction centers.

Robert Downey was addicted to childhood since his father was also a drugs addict, and his father never stopped him from getting intoxicated.

He remained in jail for over two years due to consumption of intoxication.

Seeing him walking barefoot on the streets of Los Angeles in 2001, a police officer detained him on suspicion of intoxication, but released him a few hours later.

In 1985, at the age of 20, Downey worked on the television show Saturday Night Live, at which time he was thrown out of the show on charges of tampering with the roles of the characters.

Robert was given 7 cents an hour to clean the kitchen as a prisoner in prison.
