Importance of commitments for a successful business

Friends, you must have seen that some businesses become successful in a very short time and some businesses take a long time to get success, some businesses generate very good profits and some businesses become victims of losses very quickly.

You must have also seen many times that after the change in management, some businesses either started growing very fast or failed and if the new management is also the same as before, then that company continues to run as it was earlier. Have you ever wondered why this happens?

Now if that employer completes the commitment made with his employees on time, then he will do even better work. And if he does not fulfill that commitment, he will always have to bow down to his employee, and they will no longer trust him. This will affect its production. And if his employees are not happy with him, then his growth will always remain average.

Now in the same way, an employer has committed to his customers that if the customers buy the minimum product, he will give them some special gifts in the next month, now if the employer does not fulfill the commitments made with his customers even after the minimum purchase of the customers, then it will bring disrepute to his brand and increase the risk of adversely affecting his sales.

Now in this way, an employer gave his sales partners a target to sell a minimum and made a commitment to them that if they complete their minimum sales target on time, then they will give them a special trip and even after the sales partners have completed the sale, they have not completed that commitment. Maybe that sells partner will stop selling that employer’s product at the next time or make negative promotion towards that brand in other sales partners like himself in the market and in the social media, so that the sales of that company are reduced.

So friends, commitments have a lot of value in the market, commitments work like a very great weapon, which can increase your production, sales, and consumption by many times, and when someone uses this weapon incorrectly, i.e. makes false commitments in the market, the market also does not allow such people to last long. So either do not make any commitments and if you make commitments in business, then fulfill them. If you fulfill your commitments in the market on time, it will have a very good effect on your business value and will increase the positive awareness towards your brand in the market and this positive awareness will be started by those people from whom you complete the commitments made on time.
