For the growth of any business, its employees are very important, and it is very difficult to get the right employees.

If employees were so easily available, why would companies hire HR consultants for their HR requirements? You accept that there is a lot of lack of talent in the market and it is very difficult to get good employees.

We know many employers who dismissed their very hardworking and honest employees in the slightest argument.

Due to which there was a lot of loss of work in their companies and new employees were not found easily and those found were not as perfect as the previous ones. And when someone interrupts them about how you are dealing with your employees like this, their answer is that they deserve it, One employee will go, and he will be replaced by 10 more employees who think so. And those who understand so. Most of them may not be successful in taking the right growth.  Because their employees are not happy with them, they are not working for them wholeheartedly.

Now tell me whether it was a wise decision for that employer to remove your expert employee or a stupid decision.

If anyone removes their expert employees for small reasons, then we do not consider anyone as a bigger idiot in business. Such employers do their own harm.

So either hire an employee thoughtfully and if you hire, try your best to always be associated with you. 

There is no company in the world that has become successful without help of employees. We should always have a view towards employees that no employee is working for us, but he is working with us and we are working with our employees.
